Minding the mind is a simple game for calming the monkey mind to feel relaxed when stressed. Often people fidget with objects in their hands when stressed about something. Minding the mind is the virtual fidget that allows you to destress and feel better when anxious. The game has 3 different games that help you in different ways whenever stressed. The first game is POP IT where you select a colour of your choice and scan a space where you wish to play it. Spheres appear and you start swiping on them to destroy them as if you’re playing with a bubble wrap sheet. Another game PLAY IT is about listening to enchanting sounds of different frequencies made by Buddhist bowls and bells. Scan the space and tap on different bells to explore. The third game SOLVE IT is the classic ball in the maze game where you push the ball out of the puzzle as if you’re playing snooker. Depending on your mood, select the version that appeals to you the most and enjoys. Please share your feedback on the same so that we can improvise and come up with better versions. Enjoy ! ;)
